The diagnostic delivers its full value the moment your report generates. Because of that, here is the line we hold:

If your report did not generate

If you paid but the report did not generate because of a technical problem on our end, email chris@commercecatalyst.ai within 7 days of purchase from the address tied to your payment. We will get it working or refund you in full.

Once the report has generated

Once your report has been generated and shown to you, the purchase is final. The product has delivered what it promised: your private operator read, the risk flags, the 90-day priority, and the included 90-day re-run.
